The way I took it was that your share ownership wont be transferred to you until the principle and interest you loaned is paid back. And as it is paid back is it the companies money to use ? In other words the shares may not be touched but can the money be accessed? And by who? Could this be a clever and indirect way of the company having its own loan from the 3rd party? And what is the name of that 3rd party?
No useful details in this announcment for me but irrespective what Im sure they will make it clear as soon as people want answers.
