I think the actual phrasing was:

"If the revised program is required and endorsed by the Board, funds would be provided to the Company as a Convertible Loan subject to Shareholder approval at an EGM."

Am I reading that correctly - "Convertible Loan"!

I say again, I believe the $4 mill is a done deal - but if for reasons of a "generic delay" and is not completed by 26/7 - then the board will call an EGM where SH's will be asked to vote.

BY and A (appreciating that you don't want to talk about the past and only about NOW) and considering this is in the NOW, what would you vote if the board proposed any funding with a "convertible" anything attached?

Hopefully they are not talking some type of convertible note arrangement here.
