Long mile was a screaming bargain but they just got sick of waiting no doubt there would be plenty of other suitors waiting to snap it up for a lot more money than FTT were offering.
So who can blame Long mile for pulling the pin on the deal once the agreement lapsed.
FTT either have something else or split what's in the kitty to share holders and fold either way it will go to a vote by shareholders I would think.

Agreed. I don't think anything dishonest has gone on, the deal just fell through and there could be a hundred legitimate reasons for that. I was just answering the question.

I personally hope they have more ventures shortlisted to look into so they can keep trading.
