Ok for BodyGuard KneeGuard and quicker to market supposedly, but don't be seduced imo, as everything OBJ takes alot more time than SH's are advised.

Much longer for Pharmaceuticals, which fall under BodyCare ie Ibuprofen as an example...the pathway for Pharma drugs is most likely 3 phase clinical trials via FDA; which is a much, much longer pathway regarding time to market and  much, much, much more expensive.

Either OTC or Rx WILL require an FDA NDA for any BodyCare Pharmaceutical application:
