So when you see a constant sell down you have to look at the register, what are the big shareholders doing? So does that mean someone or group may be selling down to acquire cheap shares? Impatient holders(outside the top 20)?
What happened when tincom was announced? Once the MPA is signed where will we be, nearer the Abid valuation? Were they conservative in their valuation? IMO there are a lot of people waiting on the sidelines as this has dragged on, there will still be time to get in once announced, although you will pay a bit more. It has been frustrating but like a few on here I don't think it will drag out much longer. Legal review passed, just have to wait to see if NITI recommend any changes to the split.
