Presuming attrition rate can continue to be stabilized and organic growth starts to kick in, they should be profitable this qtr. Cher mentioned in a media announcement BD teams had signed up over 400 managements in the prior 3 months. Big upside potential on their commission revenue too: half year - 750k from 12.4m gross rev. Way too low. They need to be drilling agents to get better sale referral comm's.

I am a very lost in regards to their capital raising intentions though.

Anyone with a good understanding of capital raising be able to help me out on how it might impact the company/share price???

They plan to raise 6 to 10 mill in the June2007 period
