You’ve hit the nail on the head.
We have well in excess of the 5% required for the Substantial Shareholder notice.
The numbers continue to arrive every day and they will increase with the recent mail out campaign.
The next week may be transformational in shareholder activism when directors embark on actions that they have no shareholder MANDATE to dispose of the LLL shares by one means or another.
Further the recently re-elected director has 78,947 shares. Of course he has 1,200,000 performance rights. You can’t make this stuff up.
If shareholders are happy to let a board with virtually zero skin in the game and have received millions of dollars in fees decide what happens to the LLL shares that we are entitled to, then I can’t help you.
