1: How can the government approve a transfer until there is a successful bidder?
"The Company is also pleased to advise that non-binding indicative term sheets have been executed with a number of a suitable parties for the purchase of the Company's interests in Societe des Mines de Morila SA." ~ as per the Shareholder Update released on 2 June.

2: The Commercial Court of Bamako proceedings has been deferred until July (no specific date)
~ as per Fraser's comments at the AGM
~ what impact does that have on a binding agreement being submitted?

3: Mali Minister of Mines resigned 2 days ago.
