Yes I agree that in money terms - for us there wont be gold at the end of the rainbow for the sale of the gold assets.

It is really about offloading these assets (and maybe saving face?)

Good point re the processing arrangements of these companies with the Morilla company. If i recall correctly, all of this ground (tenements) around Morilla, was held (together) by Rand Gold - ages ago...Yeah based on the info put out by FFX - i think the Morilla ground will yield a nice profit for an outfit willing to spend a bit more up front.

What intrigues me is who the buyer might be and how this all fits into their operations?
