This stood out to me:
"that is in the best interests of Company shareholders"
Spending 2.2M a quarter and then add in all the the other junk that has happened in the the last 12 months is not the above statement. A year from now and another 8.8M potentially of shareholders money wasted.
Quick visit to the supermarket to buy some bananas and feed these monkeys...yet again eat them myself as I'm the monkey who trusted these fools.
