Start applying for leave to go to the hearing guys, time to be heard at court. Time to tell the courts the manipulation and how they totally fixed the voting at those AGMs as they were about to be voted out with those unlawfully issued shares.
Compensation claim to follow to recover monies they took after they manipulated them staying in.
