Here's the thing:

-Magnis has failed to comply with listing rules and periodic reporting obligations on an ongoing basis
-Magnis has not been able to comply with its obligations under Listing Rules 3.1, 21.1 and 12.5
(3.1 continuous disclosure, 12.1 that an entitiy's operations must be sufficient to warrant continued quotation, 12.5 an entity's structure and operations must be appropriate for a listed entity)
-Magnis failed to file its accounts by September 2024
-There are unanswered questions about growing interest and an open ended debt facility

Full year Satutory accounts, Audited Annual Financial Statements, Audited half year financial statements, 2024 Annual Report are all to be lodged and then the ASX compliance officer can make a decision as to whether the company can be readmitted. Needs to be done in a hurry
