IMO Coldry produced in India , even based on figures of $25-30m per module, nor taking economies of scale into the equation should return BCE figures around the $30 per tonne mark.
Even comparing this figure with Indonesian, Sub bituminous coal, with a spot price of AU$66 per tonne, (forget the $80+ Australian coal), you can see a fairly rapid payback and return on investment.
Figures like those announced by ECT for modules in India still keep the 'very favourable' banner on ECTs side of the fence even in a depressed coal market.
Adding shipping figures on BCE and higher production costs and a depressed coal market in LV is obviously a concern.
No shipping and lower figures in India just makes sense .....just need the funding
