Yes, I believe management are working on this. However, this step really can't progress until they have definitive details regarding costing and alike of the CDP.
Take this into consideration, they have a finalised set of feasibility figures in hand along with very specific engineering plans that seem lucrative, then and only then, do they have the means to start approaching NLC and many others to sell the concept to them.
Now, if their finalised coatings and plans are as advantageous as the Coy are hoping they'll be, why would it be difficult to approach/ secure a partner(s) to invest in the Coy's long term aspirations?
The stock shouldn't really be trading any more than a cent at present IMO, but it's only trading this low as a result of the mass dilution that exists. I'm not sure how they're going to go about trying at least to rectify this.
