It's been a long journey across the shadow of death but last weeks announcement is as close as we've ever been to coming out the other side. Announcements such as the recent update can not be made lightly, the strongest language I've heard to date. Very happy the word imminent was an exclusion....
Looking forward to ruling on 'foreign agencies' and then getting on with construction.
