This is great news to see that we are moving ahead with the project. It shows that our partners have accepted our technology and are willing for us to proceed.
I do still however cautiously note that we are progressing the project at our own risk and money. We are not yet officially bounded contractually, and as such the Indians are legally not binded to pay for any services tendered. The company clearly sees this risk as low and as such is progressing with development.
