Finally some news. GOOD NEWS.

IMO I wouldn't think a Government owned enterprise would give a verbal go ahead to commence a project that requires them to spend $30mil unless the remaining loose ends of the MPA where a mere formality. If there was any chance that this project could be stopped or delayed for any length of time there is no way they would be telling ECT to commence.
With our boys in India for next two weeks it stands to reason all parties feel this is enough time to finalise the remaining details of MPA. Will be nice to see the final details and how much money ECT will make out if this and any future projects. I would think then the legal eagles will be instructed to draw up the contracts for signing in January as per Arrowheads last update.

Very happy shareholder here . I think all long term suffering shareholders are in for a very nice Xmas.
