“Following the execution of the sub-agreements the engineering, procurement and construction program will commence.”
So the 31st of July is simply a milestone date to have sub-agreements drafted... then there is an undisclosed period for NLC and NMDC to review with no nominated signing date ?
I really hope that I am reading this wrong.... surely taking the piss with yet another requirement for board approval ?
Anyone read this differently ?
