IMO I think it's a little early to be asking why we haven't seen details on the ELF. I would probably ask that question next week.
I agree it would be worrying, management are more than aware of shareholder frustrations regarding missed timelines. I would expect them to deliver on this one as it seems to be something they can actually control. Again I think this is something that would be better discussed next week.
