Don't discount an ALDP type for the future .
ECT had NO cash to start anything big locally as every module build here was estimated to $75 mil .
Brown coal can be used for other products , and if ECT grow strong financially , maybe endup in Latrobe Valley in the near future .There is enough Brown coal for 500 years usage with the present rate .
Why The increase of production in BM ?
Perhaps is an income/research pilot centre .
