An SPV will be established to ‘house’ the integrated demonstration plant, the purpose of which is;
1. The construction and operation, and  
2. The data generation to develop commercial scale designs.

Spv is an identity belonging to NLC and NMDC which isolates it from their parent companies to minimise risks and basically control the project.
NLC and NMDC will own and control the plant 100%
ECT will have 75% royalties forever
And NLC and NMDC will have combined 25% of royalties
More incentive, they will get 25% for every plant that gets built in India and globally as well as first rite of offer for new tech development , imagine Hydromor !
ECT gets 75% royalty for every plant built

So initially with tincom we were getting $5 per tonne royalty, so now we are getting 75%of a $20 plus royalty. Anyone have any idea what the royalty per tonne will be? What are the current margins? Deal looks good for all parties involved.
Just waiting for the MPA, should be some buying interest after that.
