Thank you crone that's cleared that up to my satisfaction, perhaps management will cover that next week. Google tells me that its 2 and a quarter hour trip by road from yallourn to bacchus marsh and probably more in a truck. Say 40 tonnes per trip (20 trips) x $1000.00/ trip.
It becomes pretty obvious a move to yallourn for the 100,000 tonne demo plant is a no brainer on both transport and lower emission levels if potential clients want the best lignite available.
I guess the Indians are watching this pan out (solving problems on our domestic front.)
