What do you reckon , after all these years of hard work getting this deal together, they just run out of steam in the last few weeks and picked a company out of the phone book to do the tendering packages without doing any research?
I’m sure their Indian partners wouldn’t have any input on who they might use for this process , why would they care?they’re only chipping in $35 million after all .
