    Ratification of the allocation of project funding by both NLCIL and NMDC, subject to the signing of the Research Collaboration Agreement...IS this Hindi or English??!!! RESEARCH COLLABORATION AGREEMENT what the hell has been going on for five years ???? Man I`m glad I do`nt have shares in this barker   !!! Any way this is only my opinion and should not be taken as financial advise ...LOL...
