Consider NLC signed off 9/11/18. ECT meets with the the minister for Coal today as directed by the NLC board. Thats 5 weeks. If NMDC pull the same stroke it could be as late as the first week in March. One then must apply managements timetable for financial completion plus several weeks for just happened events which would make critical persons to be unavailable or a whole myriad of reasons
