imo if we see board meeting before Jan 10, i will be surprised, this is the date of the high court hearing NMDC sueing Karnataka state. I imagine the board meeting will be after this date, this date will provide some resolution of the current donimalai mine issue, if all good, then imo RCA will be approved, if court hearing drawn out maybe further delays. 

However on the contrary to this opinion is in the announcement, where it clearly states that the delay of dec board meeting was due to factors unrelated to the project, where as donimalai is connected. I would be interested to know what these unrelated factors were?, as the pressure was on to approve the RCA, but the biggest issue at the moment is the donimalai lease levy. IMO looks to me some convenient unrelated factors come into play as they are not ready to approve the RCA
