Does anyone know what exactly financial closure entails? How does ECT financially close this RCA? Who gives money to who, and for what?
Just trying to get a sense of how likely/unlikely the 31 March 2019 goal is, but I'm not sure what ECT have to get done before then (2 months)
I assume that if NMDC approve (and sign?) on 31 January 2019, then the next step is the official signing ceremony and/or presentations to Indian Government officials? This might take time to organise going by how tricky it was to get people in the same room over the last few years.
Apologies if I have missed these details in announcements, let me know if the information actually is in there.
