My favourite line is
"NMDC’s apparent unwillingness to pursue the project is, from ECT’s perspective, new and unexpected."
Given the fact you only had an MOU organised for 3 or 4 years of talks and the spectre of the project bond hanging over your head which was never resolved it should not be unexpected.
