The large volume available @ 2c+ seems peculiar.
Could be a few that bought in on the hype of the previous upcoming signing ceremony when it was .019 - .02 only to have their hopes crushed, remaining bitter and carrying on like pork chops on here ever since. They're probably glad to be rid of the stock and just want out, despite all of the evidence which shows the company well and truly on track to a strong future. Fingers crossed the sellers may include some of the naysayers and trolls that have prevented intelligent discussion about this soon to be proven disruptive technology.
