Interesting also from the announcement is the support from the Indian government. I believe this has gone through Niti AAyog.
Target to complete project financial close by 30 June 2018 remains on track, including:

• Intent to sign the Master Project Agreement (MPA) during May visit
• Completion of detailed sub-agreements
• Indian government requirements ( I suspect Niti Aayog)
