It's a positive announcement- and to me it would indicate that Niti Aayog have already reviewed the project. What sticks out is the involvement (or want of) of Federal and State Government wiht the signing... we might get some nice publicity out of the MPA signing on a national level- really good that NLC and NMDC want to sign the MPA on Australian soil. Management certainly want to capitalise on publicity whilst the delegation is here- and rightly so, they should create as much as possible.
This is a really nice piece of the puzzle falling into place today.
