It seems the company got to the stage where it lacked leadership and direction.
From my observation, there is still no one in the organisation standing out and managing all the individual interests in the company
Could be wrong but the last 12 months it looked like a mob of vultures swooping in and scavenging over the OBJ carcass, seeing what they could devour.
The company is suspended which adds to the drama.
There are some powerful operators that have now got their fingers in the OBJ pie and from what has transpired have been well and truly looking after their own interests.
It now needs a strong experienced CEO to call all the players to heel and re-establish the culture within this public company.
