Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but did anyone else find it interesting that they used the word "must" instead of something like "to be" negotiated within 90 days. Almost as if someone was playing hard ball or perhaps in the original agreement they are bound to negotiate strictly within the stated time frame? Just thinking out aloud.
