If the placement is filled and IF there is a cornerstone investor/investors waiting for some cash in the bank before finding capital for the plant then there may not be another CR for some time if ever! I am sure management are very aware of number of shares on issue so minimal issue to get first mine underway would be the best play but they need to do what's required ultimately to get some this carbon gold out of the ground.
