Not sure why you are talking about dividends? Dividends would be many years away, revenue has to come in first, then profit, then growth, to even consider implementation of a dividend.
Before revenue, ECT would also need a product to sell, and also a customer to buy.
All of the above are currently non existent.
Currently, a dividend from ECT in the next 5-10 yrs has the same odds as winning the lottery IMO.
