Hey Phil,

Sorry for the late reply. My questions were surrounding the rail link aspect so all else seems to be progressing well despite lagging time frame.
The rail link Plan B has progressed well as the update suggests with IDC or DBSA to fund. It appears to have been in the works for a little while as awaiting LOI which is imminent. My concern was the Credit Committees would need a full financial approval before credit approval but it appears a LOI will suffice (then again they have suggested full funding package for this by end of April in any case)
Again, without breaching confidences, the arrangement with TFR which will mean incorporating the link in it's national network in the future will come out with a result that this debt will be cleared.
EPC contracts completion due by end of March so hopefully further updates upcoming. GLAH
