I could not be happier if you are right. I do live in hope.
But I just can't figure why one would release a say nothing 'update' which merely repeats a six month old message if one is within two weeks of a company making finance arrangement. Better to let the previous announcement stand, with silence indicating that nothing has changed - negotiations are continuing.
