Shareholders have not been offered a SPP for over 10 years ! Unbelievable.

Now APG is entertaining a convertible note deal. That same $1.2million was mentioned on here, yet they obviously didn't want to underwrite the SPP. Looks like we will see .003 or worse IMO.

If APG does not get more than 40% of the SPP over the line the board should resign
