The first major revision of the plant design was by Kronos. At the time, Kronos was funding the project and APG had no choice but to adopt the re-design. It looks like the story is repeating itself now. Ixom is perhaps sold on ABR's idea of the NZIRP and if Ixom (or its parent) is funding the project, APG will have little choice but to oblige. Let's hope this time Ixom does not pull out before the job is done.
