The reason Kronos pulled out in my opinion is because half way through the upgrade they offered to buy out Apg for next to nothing, management told them no way and so they got hostile and wanted to show who was in charge, management did a very good job on fending off against Kronos I thank them for that.

With the new Corp coming in to play management would have learnt a great deal from the Kronos experience and am sure will factor in to the nrgotistions safe guards against such actions. I honestly believe that once this negotiation is complete and funding supplied, upgrades complete and plant completing and producing that they will make a buy out offer for Apg and close to a impressive price imo
