If they accepted TMF offer they would have instantly faced over $20,000,000 blown on Slovakia capital gains tax before shareholders saw anything..
TMF offer was made in January when Gold just $2,000 ----> Today it's $2,535 + 26% ---> TMF offer obsolete
The stage is set for CHIFENG to make a full, clean, nice and easy straight takeover for the 180,000,000 MTC shares it doesn't already own.
The market at 18c thought the TMF offer was rubbish anyway, so the rubbish has been sent off to the rubbish tip.
WHAT WOULD A FULL TAKEOVER OF MTC By CHIFENG , who already hold about 20,000,000 MTC shares they have paid 34c & 40c for look like ?
