I believe you are correct. They haven’t got another offer yet or they should have announced it. Maybe they are negotiating through a couple of preliminary offers and are confident enough that they will get one superior to TMFs offer and thus decided to end discussions with TMF. I personally would preferred a superior binding offer before terminating discussions. Maybe TMF were being a nuisance. No one stands to gain more from a good offer than Gino so I guess we have to assume he knows what he’s doing. We are only speculating but with over 15 million shares he’d be pretty careful not to destroy his chance at personal wealth. GLTAHs
