On 27 March IMC are going to the Supreme Court to have them rule that our shares are worthless and that they should be transferred to them for free. They have even commissioned a so-called expert to justify it - with their analysis calculated at a gold price almost $A500 lower than today’s price.

We need to provide the Court with objections as to why our shares are not worthless to stop this foreign company from fleecing us.
