Until....yeah sure there is always changes in tech, thats progress. I see the other batteries as solutions for other power questions, shopping centres, mining locations, large buildings...backup systems etc. The Li can be used in the engine bay of a car...its still a bit chalk and cheese between batteries at the minute.

I still think tech we have here has a market though and a wide one, not just Aust/India. It would be a cost effect measure for many countries in reducing their pollution. And like I said earlier, you cant have a single stand alone system with no other workable/operational options.

I've even looked into the Solid state battery, they look great too. But, give it say 30yrs and no doubt we all be talking about some new whizz bang thing like two lasers hitting a lamp shade and we all pass power to each other or some crap lol
