The last updates have all been about activist shareholders not having completed the correct paperwork.. now however, the CEO and management have stepped down, and they are voluntarily allowing a vote for board members as holders presumably have enough votes:

My question.. was today's order of $40k at open - at a 100% premium to the recent trading price someone trying to get set, someone securing votes, or someone creating more reason for a pump on tonight's LSE trading?
