Ann: Shareholder Update on NASDAQ Listing, page-28

I’m yet to see any of you address the concerns I’ve raised about the management’s poor decision making and their general ignorance of retail shareholders.

All that you rampers and pumpers manage to do is criticise my investment strategy, which you have no f-ing clue about.

- Tony promised the NASDAQ listing was to attract Large Institutions to invest into the project. Where are they?!

- Tony promised construction would start in Q4 2023. Where are we with that?

- Tony continues to kick the can down the road with this listing wasting millions of dollars and valuable time which should have been put to better use including exploration activities. Why is nobody questioning the management on lack of any other valuable activity besides this listing joke?

- The share price has struggled for years. What has management done to address this? How many investor briefings, roadshows and conferences has Tony & Co done in the past 12 months and what were the outcomes from these?

- Why is management not being transparent on what the SEC’s concerns are and why it is taking months on end to submit a amendment? Considering this is all the company seems to be focused on for the past 12 months, shouldn’t they be far more efficient in getting these filed in a matter of days?

- If the SEC’s concerns are beyond their control such as financing, shouldn’t shareholders be informed?


Do not respond if you have nothing material to add. My investment strategy is nobody’s business. I don’t need a random pumper on HC to give me financial advice or lecture me on Stop Loss strategies.
