it’s not friction… it’s simply a request for someone to justify the claim that DYL’s offer is lowball
i will feel completely ripped off and be frustrated with JB if he ups the offer. VMY have a very unclear and trepidatious path to production, and bring nothing other that dirt and some preliminary approvals in a state that isn’t sure it really wants them to succeed
