So your saying he waited to see what the market was doing , then why not do a capital raise for acquisitions at the time you are ready to make an offer. We would be holding more valuable shares now if we had not been diluted 10 months ago as he would have been able to raise now at a higher price. My opinion he will only go for MA'S as purchasing anything now will cause more dilution, unless he can find something with value. If nothing plays out the acquisitions money will be spent in Namibia.
