Acadia Park, if I count right from the AP notice is 17 + 2((biggest) =19 + 30( in person ) = 49 published.
1421-49 = 1372 not counted in published documents that hold 100K+, some will hold millions and some less and all have an opportunity to vote and will also get to vote again at the AGM. At a guess that's still 46%+ swing voters to either side, AP Starting at 21.23%+

BOD have been honest and said there are some others other than above not happy.
