Agree slambo. The current BOD did themselves no favours in allowing 'management statement' to be released...one wonders the motive behind such a release to the ASX. A professional BOD adhering to proper governance principles would have thanked management for the support but duly advised them not to be sidetracked and focus on their jobs running the business.
